Defense, Police & Paramilitary Training Academies
Building Physical Resilience and a Second Career for Those Who Serve
Building Physical Resilience and a Second Career for Those Who Serve:
Personnel in defense, police and paramilitary forces operate under some of the highest physical and mental demands of any profession, requiring sustained stamina, quick recovery and mental steadiness under pressure.
For institutions training Agniveers in particular, where service tenure is structured and personnel transition to civilian life relatively early, yoga offers something beyond fitness alone: a recognized, teachable skill that can support a second career path post-retirement, whether through teaching, wellness coaching or starting an independent practice.
Introduced as part of academy training, yoga builds the physical resilience and recovery capacity personnel need during active service, while the more structured certification track opens a long-term vocational option for life after service.
Program Options:
Training academies operate on strict schedules and physical routines, so here are two formats built to fit within that structure without disrupting core training. Both can be adjusted further based on batch size, training calendar and specific academy requirements.
Option 1: Daily Yoga Classes:
Fee: ₹899 per person
Minimum batch size: 15
Schedule: 5 days a week
Duration: 4 weeks
Time: Can be discussed
Target:Improving physical recovery, flexibility and stress regulation for personnel under sustained physical strain, supporting faster recovery between training cycles and reducing risk of injury.
Option 2: 30-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program
Fee: ₹4,999 per person
Minimum batch size: 12
Schedule: 5 days a week
Duration: 4 weeks
Time: Can be discussed
Target: A structured, in-depth introduction to yoga practice that equips personnel, including Agniveers preparing for life after service, with a genuine second-career option in teaching yoga, wellness coaching or independent practice post-retirement, backed by a Govt issued and Internationally valid Completion Certificate.
A Note on Authenticity:
Our programs teach yoga in its authentic and traditional form, which includes mantra chanting, Sanskrit shloka recitation, and the use of Sanskrit names for asanas. These are integral to the practice, not optional additions, and the program structure cannot be altered to remove them.
