Caring for the Caregivers
Caring for the Caregivers:
Hospitals and wellness centers run on the endurance of their staff, doctors, nurses, therapists and support teams who spend long hours on their feet, absorb the emotional weight of patient care, and rarely have space built into their day to recover. Institutions are increasingly recognizing that staff wellness cannot remain an afterthought or a one-time initiative.
It needs to be built into the rhythm of the workplace itself, in a way that is consistent enough to matter and realistic enough to sustain.
Yoga, introduced thoughtfully into this environment, offers healthcare staff a structured way to release physical tension from long shifts, regulate stress before it accumulates into burnout, and return to their work with steadier focus and calmer presence, qualities that matter not only for their own wellbeing but for the quality of care they're able to give.
Program Options:
Every institution has a different rhythm, shift patterns, staff strength, and operational pressures, so here are two structured starting points to help you gauge what fits. Both can be further shaped around your institution's schedule, budget and specific requirements.
Option 1: Daily Yoga Classes:
Fee: ₹899 per person
Minimum batch size: 15
Schedule: 5 days a week
Duration: 4 weeks
Time: Can be discussed
Target: Easing physical stiffness and fatigue from long shifts and continuous patient care, while building the resilience and steadiness of mind that support better focus and compassionate care.
Option 2: 30-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program
Fee: ₹4,999 per person
Minimum batch size: 12
Schedule: 5 days a week
Duration: 4 weeks
Time: Can be discussed
Target: A structured, in-depth and sustainable introduction to yoga practice, equipping healthcare staff to lead and sustain wellness routines independently within the institution, backed by a Govt issued and Internationally valid Completion Certificate.
A Note on Authenticity:
Our programs teach yoga in its authentic and traditional form, which includes mantra chanting, Sanskrit shloka recitation, and the use of Sanskrit names for asanas. These are integral to the practice, not optional additions, and the program structure cannot be altered to remove them.
