I am Ramya, a certified Yoga Therapist and YCB Yoga teacher trainer with 1.6 years of teaching experience. I specialise in Kids Yoga and currently teach the YCB TTC, KIDS YOGA TTC, and Kids yoga programmes, helping both adults and children build a healthier, calmer relationship with their body and breath.
