I was drawn to yoga since childhood and have been practising meditation as a child. In 2011, I did an offline basic course in yoga asanas. In the year 2024, I did a yoga volunteer course and have been taking offline classes thereafter. In the year 2025, I did a yoga protocol instructor course, including yogic sukshma vyayama techniques and yogic management of common diseases. At present, I am taking classes both online and offline.
