Namaste! I am Sajan Shan, proudly rooted in the vibrant city of Jammu, India. My journey unfolds as a tapestry woven with the threads of academic excellence and a passion for holistic well-being.

With an MSC in Buddhist Study and a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga, I've immersed myself in the profound teachings of both philosophy and practice. A YCB Level 2 certification underscores my commitment to mastering the intricacies of yoga. Beyond these traditional paths, I serve as an Instructor in Kalaripayattu, infusing my journey with the dynamic essence of Indian martial arts.

My proficiency extends to advanced practices such as advanced asanas, Nauli Kriya, Sutra Neti, and more, reflecting a dedication to pushing the boundaries of physical and mental endurance. I've showcased my skills on a broader stage, participating in the All Indian Inter University Yoga Competition. Additionally, I've had the privilege of managing large-scale group classes and contributing to the grandeur of International Yoga Day celebrations.

As a faculty member of the prestigious Ayushman Yog, I not only embody the principles of yoga but also share my knowledge with a wider audience. This role has allowed me to contribute to the growth and well-being of individuals seeking the transformative power of yoga.
