Ayushman Yog is an Online Yoga Teachers' Training School which is formed with the objective of providing quality Yoga Teachers Training courses. We are a registered school with World Yoga Federation and Yoga Alliance International. We provide YCB Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Yoga Teachers Training.
Yoga teachers' training can be done in multiple ways, through multiple institutions. However, we strongly believe that the syllabus designed by Yoga Certification Board is very wisely structured for all levels.
Ayushman Yog follows a unique approach of combining self-paced learning with online live learning. This is done to reduce the time engagement of teachers which results in making courses more cost-effective. Hence new hybrid approach includes theory learning through self-paced mode ( includes video lectures, complete study material, illustrations, quizzes, frequent QnA sessions, etc. ), and practice is taught through online live classes.

Yoga Certification Board is a body that functions under the Ministry Of Ayush. It was formulated by govt of India with the objectives to bring synergy, quality, and uniformity in knowledge and skills of Yoga professionals across the world.
The Board welcomes Indian nationals as well as foreign candidates.
Ayushman Yog offers Teachers Training to clear below 3 Levels-

Level 1 (Yoga Protocol Instructor)- equivalent to 200 hrs. of learning

Level 2 (Yoga Wellness Instructor)- equivalent to 400 hrs. of learning

Our teaching approach is highly interactive and assignment-based online live learning. Wherein the objective is to make you proficient with Asana, Pranayama, Therapy, and Dhyana. etc so that you get the confidence to teach any kind of practitioner.

Although all the courses are supported with a lot of video lectures, well-structured study material, soundtracks for shlokas and mantra chanting illustrations, and a lot of quizzes, however, we still advise you to dedicatedly attend the online live classes, practical as well as theory.

Once you are ready with your prep we will help you with exam registration on the website of YCB. The dates of the exam are decided by the board and announced on their website.

Once you clear the exams, we will guide you to start your freelance yoga career. The sky is the limit once you become a YCB certified Yoga Teacher.
Exams With YCB-

The exams are conducted online as well as offline mode. One can choose as per convenience.

Exams are conducted in 2 shifts, one for theory and one for practical.

Theory- MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)

Practical- A live panel of 4-5 teachers will take the exam as per the practical syllabus.

To clear the exam one needs to score 70% in both, Theory and Practical.

You will receive the result on the registered email ID within 7-10 days from the exam date.

If you are clear, it will take another 7 days for YCB to issue the certificate, which can be downloaded from the website. Additionally, you will be able to verify the certificate in the "Certified Yoga Professionals" section of the YCB website.
