Yoga Wellness Instructor
Yoga Wellness Instructor is a higher level course launched by govt of India. YCB goes one step forward with this Level -2 Yoga Teachers Training syllabus. This study involves deep knowledge of traditional Yogic texts such as Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita etc. Upanishads have been introduced in this level. A detailed knowledge of how to utilize Yoga for prevention of illness is taught. Level 2 Yoga Teachers Training prepares the students to teach yoga to senior practitioners. Post successful completion one can work in schools, yoga studios, work places, yoga wellness centers/ Primary Health care centers etc.
