FAQs – Online Kriya Workshop

Yes. These kriyas are taught online with clear, step-by-step guidance, detailed preparation instructions, and safety precautions. Participants are guided carefully to ensure correct understanding and responsible practice.

Jala Neti, Trataka, and Vamana Dhauti are taught together in one workshop. Shankha Prakshalana is conducted as a separate, dedicated workshop due to its depth and specific time requirements.

Yes. Each kriya has specific contraindications, and participants must assess their health condition carefully before practice.

  • Jala Neti: Should be avoided in cases of severe nasal infection, internal nasal bleeding, or allergy to saline water.

  • Vamana Dhauti: Contraindicated for individuals with a hernia, recent abdominal or stomach surgery, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or any condition requiring regular medication on an empty stomach.

  • Trataka: Not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, recent eye surgery (within the last 6 months), cataract, or during migraine episodes.

  • Shankha Prakshalana: Contraindicated for individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, recent stomach surgery, severe rectal bleeding, piles, or conditions requiring medication on an empty stomach.

Yes. The workshops support practical understanding aligned with the YCB syllabus requirements for kriya-related topics.

For students enrolled in YCB courses at Ayushman Yog, these workshops are offered complimentary. Participants from outside Ayushman Yog are required to pay the applicable workshop fee.

No. Recordings are not provided. Live participation is mandatory to ensure safety, correct understanding, and responsible practice of kriyas.

All kriya workshops are conducted according to Indian Standard Time (IST). Some practices, such as Vamana Dhauti and Shankha Prakshalana, must be performed early in the morning on an empty stomach and require specific time commitment and preparation.
